Comet is THE sweetest, most loving dog I have ever had in my home. This boy is a cuddler and a loving, caring, gentle, humble firecracker. He sits at our feet, with his face ON our feet and follows us wherever we go. He likes to sleep on our bed, right next to our pillows and his deep, dark, brown eyes just exude the love he feels for us. I have been in awe of this boy’s personality since the day he came to live with us. We are definitely blessed!
Comet finished his Canadian Championship in early 2017. He is now involved in obedience and rally competitions with his co-owner, Celeste Fromm, and will show for his US Championship this winter. I was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time when breeders Jan Naigus and Rita Thomas ( https://sonrisashavanese.site/ ) made the decision to trust Celeste and myself to give this boy a family. One of the best days of my life!

Sterling is our newest star who has grown up to be sire for the next generation of Sandia Havanese pups. A Canadian-born pup from my friend, Rose Kimber of Twinkle Havanese, Sterling is a gorgeous, deep-colored parti with a nice silky coat and his spunky personality fits right in with our other other dogs. Even with all of his energy, he is always ready to settle in for a snuggle. This boy is definitely a lap dog! He has finished his Championship in Canada and is detined for Canine-assisted therapy training. Stroking his smooth, silky coat is extremely soothing! I thank Rose for trusting me with the handsome guy and her daughter, Aurora, for introducing him to the show ring. They have tucked me under their wings in the Canadian dog show world and I will be forever grateful. I couldn’t have done it without them!
